Collected and processed data

According to the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the data of which the Foundation Design Terrae may become aware in execution of the services provided by the requests made and through this portal, are personal data such as name, surname, company or business name, domicile / residence address, date of birth, social security number, VAT number, e-mail address, telephone numbers of landline and / or mobile users, geographical position, IP addresses, type of browser used, operating system, domain name and website addresses, information on the pages visited by users within the website, access time, permanency on the single page, analysis of the internal path and other parameters relating to operating system and the user’s IT environment; these data may be collected during navigation, or in the execution of the services or freely communicated, even orally, to the Foundation Design Terrae or its appointed employees.

Method and place of processing

Data are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller, as well as at the headquarters of any persons appointed as data processors.

The Data Controller adopts suitable security tools, including IT, in order to prevent access, destruction and disclosure of data. Personal data is processed with the use of fax, mobile or landline phone, mms and text messages, paper mail, e-mail messages, or other remote communication techniques, both by automated and paper means, may be sent. The data can be contained in an archive, including information, at the headquarters of the Foundation Design Terrae, as well as stored in the availability servers of the Foundation Design Terrae; will be processed within the limits of the time necessary for the execution of the processing purposes and stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subject for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed.
